I’m about ready to switch to the other wedding website because of this. Has any one else had any trouble changing their registry URL?
My account was initially made by my wedding planner. My url when I click on the registry tab has a url with her name and my fiancé’s. Not my name and his. It’s so bizarre. I’ve tried changing to anything other the moon with and without characters and it won’t save. Their emailing system is so slow. And I need to submit my order for the invitations latest tomorrow and I’ve had no response from wedding wire. I need to know if it can be fixed or I’ll change my wedding website to another on the invitations vs the one I’ve bought on here.

Check your settings or have your planner update the settings.

I was marrying one of my bridesmaids for a while. No idea why, I kept having to change her name to my fiance's name. Finally got it to stick.

I'm not sure if you have already tried this but when I first added my registry, I had the hardest time trying to update the url. From the website editor, you would think you could just update it but you can't. If you click on Registry (see photo) at the top of the page, you should be able to delete the old one and add the new one. Hopefully that helps.

Thank you guys! Wedding wire support answered my email and changed the registry url to my name and his in their end! 🙌🏼
