How do I add my registry to our website?! I’ve tried everything and it won’t work.

    Hi Amber! You can import registries with by logging into your WeddingWire account and using the following steps:

    -Click 'Registry' in the navigation bar

    -Click 'Go To Settings'

    -Click 'Retail Registries'

    -Select the retailer and paste your registry URL for that retailer in the box under 'Registry URL'

    -Click 'Import Registry'

    I’ve tried that. When I paste it, it says the URL is not correct.

    I've been having the exact same issue. Wouldn't it be easier for the support team to post whatever solution they're giving out here instead of having tons of people contacting them directly?

    It's not conducive to ask everyone to send you the URL, especially since I'm still between registries. Can you just tell us what the URL format should be?

    I'm experiencing the same issue; i'm simply copying and pasting the URLs given to me to share the registries from the retail stores that I've created into my wedding wire website, but it won't let me actually hit the import button once the URLs have been pasted.

    Most couples use a different website company to get past the glitches: Zola, Withjoy, Wix, etc
