Registry

I created a monetary registry with The Knot and I really would like to add the hyperlink to my wedding page under the "Registry" page. But it does not automatically add the hyperlink so that guest can click and be taken directly to the registry. I'm guessing because The Knot is not a parterned registry with WW. I've added the link but my guest would have to copy and paste the link instead. Which is not bad or difficult but it's not as smooth of a process as I would like it. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make the link an actual hyperlink that is clickable and would take my guest directly to my registry?

    Im using Zola for my website and they allow you to add outside registries. So I was able to add a link (which creates a button to click) that leads to our Amazon registry. Maybe switch away from the WW website.

    Yeah, that looks like what I'll have to do and what I was afraid of because I've gotten so far with the website creations in WW. I may just end up switching Zola. Thank you so much!

    Hopefully you can copy and paste the wording from WW to Zola to save some time.

    Maybe see if WW works with HTML code. The code for a clickable link is:
    <a href="URL">

    Brittany, this worked perfectly after doing it from my computer. I kept attempting to do this from my phone and it wasn't working. But from my computer it worked. Thank you so much!

    Of course!
    Good to know that worked in case I want to customize more as we get closer to our date. I thought I remembered seeing the ability to use code when I was researching where to host my site, which I thought was a plus because I tried a few others where we were stuck with the exact layout of the template (no more/less boxes, no changing headers/footers, etc). For code I don't know, it's always a quick Google search away.

    You and Google saved my life lol. I was just about to give up completely on creating the website. I had even tried to use a different app but that didn't work out too well either. Now the link is successfully there. Yay!

    In a way, we also need to thank Myspace for introducing people in their (now) twenties to basic HTML as teens haha.
    The next basic one I remember would be that you could add images (even where there's no upload button) anywhere you want as long as that photo is somewhere on the internet already

    OMG you're totally right. I forgot all about that lol. But I can't say I've heard of that images hack, that sounds pretty cool though.

    Found it!

    I'm not on a computer right now to confirm exactly what it should say, but you'd get the URL of where exactly on the internet that image is displayed by right clicking on it and something like copy image location
