Hey everyone, so I noticed on my registry account two of the items show “unavailable” but it doesn’t say it was bought or anything. However when I go to Walmart to see if it’s in stock it is and it gives me the option to buy it, but not on our website registry? Any help ?

    You can reach out to the retailer but it’s most likely due to having limited availability at local stores. Since guests can be from all over, some retailers flag it that it’s not available everywhere. I had a similar situation and decided to leave the item as listed since I could purchase it.

    If you're using wedding wire for your website that's an issue they have. I had the same issue with my website on here showing most of my items as unavailable only to have them very available when going directly to the store website. I contracted support several times only to be told it's a syncing issue and the only thing i could do is delete my registry and wait a day or two and add it back. I wasn't willing to do that several times so i moved my wedding website to the knot and haven't had that issue anymore.
