Hello y’all! So I’m sending out my save the dates on Monday and I put my wedding website on there for out of town guest accommodations but we haven’t started a registry. We still have 9 months out so I was gonna wait closer to like 4 months out. What did you guys do?

We added our registry about 8 months before the wedding. But we're doing things a little different by including the website on the invitations but seeing them out sooner for OOT guests.

We had our registry started when we sent out save the dates, but I'm sure that no one is paying any attention to it until closer to the wedding. I wouldn't stress over it.

We started receiving gifts as soon as people received our save the date. But everyone is different. There’s no right or wrong.

No worries! I'd start working on one but don't publish until you're done, people will check again closer to the wedding.

My registry was up and running when STDs went out. But my STDs went out at the standard 6 month mark. You could just wait til then.

We did ours 12 months our but honestly I wish I waited until closer. I have had to go back and change items so many times because they went discontinued! As long as your registry is complete and published by the time invites for your shower go out you're good to go!

I would add a few things- you can always add more down the road I just feel like people are more likely to check out the website/registry when it's fresh in their minds.

We are sending them out earlier cause it lands on a holiday weekend and 50% of our guests are out of town
