Regrets (if any) during wedding ? What would you have done different?

1. I wish we would have hired a videographer. I didn’t regret it until literally the day of the wedding.
2. I wish I would have had a better plan to eat that day. I had literally every other detail and moment planned but was flying by the seat of my pants when it came to breakfast and lunch and that was a mistake!

I knew my family was going to throw drama, and I wish I had just accepted that earlier... and invited more friends, instead.

We had a fabulous wedding, anyway.

She threw drama. And most of the rest of them supported her, because, "she's your mother".
(The ones who did not were the younger generation and unable to come on their own - college students.)
When you've got certain patterns in your family, you know.

1) I wish I got a massage the week of. So stressed and I think that would have helped with my posture in photos.
2) I wish I trusted my gut with my dress. I let the seamstress talk me out of sewing a belt to my dress and it kept shifting during photos and looked weird in so many photos.
3) Super glad our photographer hired a 2nd shooter! I would have regretted if we didn’t have that 2nd.

My only real regret is not having a videographer.

So many things I missed out on, and so many things I wish I had now.

My dad died last year, and we never had a camcorder growing up so I don't have home movies... I have no video or audio of him anywhere. I would have, had I hired a videographer.

There were other moments, I could wax on for an essay about this, but I won't bore anyone.

Hello ! First of all, I would prefer having more time to prepare my wedding... I thought I had enough, but then a lot of things happened at work and I ended up organising a huge event at work one week before my wedding, that was so stresfull ! I didn't want to have my wedding in July or August because our friends wouldn't be available... So I did it at the end of school year, was working 2 days before my wedding, and my first guests had already arrived 2 days before !

I would definitely control more things, repeat some stuff couple of times to my guests, cause they forget quickly ;-)

I would loose weight long before buying my dress... cause mine became too big just before the wedding, my mum had to fix it... it was so stressfull !

Wish I opened all my bridal shower gifts before the wedding! Here I am, three weeks after my wedding, which is today, I opened my bridal shower gifts and received a white beautiful lace Ralph Lauren robe. I wish I had worn this while “getting ready” /makeup photos/video. Although I haven’t received my photos I’m just worried because what I wore was an oversize silky plain white robe with fold marks. Do a “getting ready” dress rehearsal.
Wish I wore my engagement ring. I left it in the safe. I didnt even think about wearing it, like during the pre-ceremony pix and first look.
Forgot to wear my veil. Lol. It totally forgot I had one. My wedding planner didnt review the place cards untilThe night before the wedding. I made a mistake and had 17 people on 1 table. We would have had enough time to reprint them if she checked them.I am planning on another photo session with my dress and hubby before I get it preserved. Kinda sas that Ill have to put it away in a box… I want to wear it one more time! I’ll receive the wedding photos and videos in 1-3 weeks, hope they turn out great!
