Rehearsal Brunch - Half the wedding

I’ve hit one my first main dilemmas. I realized that my 50-60 member wedding has about 26 people traveling in a day prior only to do rehersal and with that the rehersal brunch idea I was having May be costing me a hefty penny 😳. I just did the count and it would be 28 people attending the brunch. Some were added although they are not part of the bridal party but because it’s either a couple or part of the family and they traveled a day earlier due to that. That is 28 out of the most likely 50 wedding invited guest count lol meaning half the wedding . The question is (1) any ideas of cute and yet inexpensive ways to get a rehersal brunch gathering and (2) how much did you pay for your rehersal gathering (brunch/dinner) . Help
