This will affect our restaurant choice depending and I need to book something soon. What is appropriate in this situation?

I'd definitely include significant others and the parents of those kids. Having a catered event at a club house setting sounds absolutely lovely!

Significant others & flower girl parents should be invited. You can do a less formal rehearsal dinner with pizza or Mexican to save money.

We invited significant others and parents of the flower girls! We'll have right at 30 people.
