Rehearsal Dinner in Williamsburg, va

It depends on how nice you wana go. We’re having a formal wedding but for the dinner we’re really pushing for something more casual. Our rehearsal dinner is going to be more like a welcome dinner and we are going to do it in the meeting room of the hotel where we blocked off rooms. Still up in the air about what food I want but it’ll either be pizza (we live near Chicago so there’s ample choices for pizza) or we’re just going to get something catered in. We also considered doing it in a restaurant but we have way too many guests

We'd like it to be semi-formal. I looked at a couple of restaurants such as Opus 9 or La Yaca, but they want more than $60 a plate, before alcohol, and I think that's too much. We're looking to spend around $1500 total on the dinner.

I’m not sure of any places for the rehearsal dinner in that area (sorry) but I just wanted to say the Williamsburg winery is such an amazing place for your wedding! My brother lives in Williamsburg, and my FH and I always go to the winery while we are there... it is such a beautiful spot and their wine is incredible! I can’t wait to see pictures

Actually wait I may have spoken too soon about not having any RD ideas hahaha, as soon as I posted that I thought of something. Have you ever been to the Fat Canary? It's in colonial Williamsburg so a really cool setting too! May be a little too pricey, but their food is incredible.
