Rehearsal dinner Photos

We had our photographer at our welcome party. We didn’t give her any direction but she just took a lot of candids and then groups of people! So like people would be talking in a group and she’d say get together and smile! She also took pictures of the toasts. She did take a few detail shots of the food, drinks, and welcome bags as well.

This is a great question (I’m here for the input lol). We have arranged the same with our photographer!! We have a fantastic rehearsal dinner venue lined up (thanks future in-laws!) at one of our favorite breweries, so I know I want pics of us with the brewery vibe, and us just enjoying the big moment with our closest friends and fam. Soo excited!

I think it would be lovely for her to capture some candid moments during the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner between you, your FS, family, and friends. If you're having any toasts or speeches, some shots of those would be nice to have too!
Has your photographer shot at the rehearsal part of a wedding before? If so, I'm sure she will take some initiative and get quality shots
