Hello NC brides! I’m getting married at the Cabin Ridge in Hendersonville NC May 8, 2021 and I’m looking for a place to have our rehearsal dinner. I’m not from the area but we’ve been up there several times and researched a lot. Looking for a place near Hendersonville or not too far away...maybe south Asheville. Any recommendations??

Congrats - Hendersonville is amazing! My great-grandmother lived there for decades. Hannah Flannigan's is an option, and it's downtown. The Alley Kat is the BEST for a casual meal. They've been all over the place with their hours in the past 20 years, so you'd definitely have to look it up. If those aren't what you're looking for, try looking on google maps with the "local guides."

Leaning more towards a nice casual dinner than formal. Probably around 15-20 people.

I’m getting married in Lake Lure which is literally a stone throw from Hendersonville N.C.!! It’s gorgeous up there !!! I’m supposed to get hitch this may the 24th we shall see how this plays out!! Great choice on area!!

For my rehearsal dinner we had about the same number of people, we hosted it at a local Italian restaurant. We reserved a room in the back, chose a limited menu, and bought bottles of wine for the tables. It felt elegant but was comfortable, private, and pretty affordable.
