Rehearsal Dinner Wardrobe

I did not wear white! i wore a purple dress. it was already in my closet

Many brides don't wear white to showers or the rehearsal. I've yet to meet any bride personally who has worn white or dresses, because the ones I have attended were super casual. Wear whatever you like that's already in your closet.

I'm wearing a black dress with a pink cardigan and leggings because it has become very cold out.

I’m not. I’m going to wear a flowy long purple maxi dress. I bought it last year to wear as a guest to a friends wedding.

I didn't and also have never seen a bride wear white to a rehearsal. Obviously I know people do it (from reading these boards) and there's nothing wrong with it, but there is also nothing wrong with not wearing white. Wear something that is comfortable, fits the formality of your event, and if you already own it, so much the better!

I did, but by no means does that mean you have to.

It was pouring the night of daughter's rehearsal dinner, so she ended up wearing dark wash jeans and pretty sweater....

I wanted to wear white. But, I fell in love with a red sequin dress, lol. So no I did not wear white.

I don’t plan to wear white. We’re actually doing a rehearsal tea at a tea house and I plan to wear pink dress and if it’s cold I’ll throw on a cardigan.

I did not wear white. Wore an orange/yellow/pink striped dress (it’s prettier than it sounds) that I already owned.

So I plan to be stereotypical bride and I want to wear white every chance that I get! So I will be wearing white!

I love that idea.

I've never seen a bride wear white or dress up fancy at any rehearsal dinner I have attended. I don't plan to wear white either.
