I am wanting to know who all absolutely needs to be at the rehearsal?

Also, I know I am going to provide dinner, I am on a tight budget. Do you think it would be tacky to order pizza or even do a tray of sandwich of Jimmy John's or something like that

We are doing pizza and beer! We are setting up the space the night before and want to keep it casual. We are only inviting the wedding party, our parents and our coordinator. Keeping it simple.
