I think now would be a good time to reach out to them to get information about reserving the party room. If they aren't doing reservations yet, they would be able to give you a time frame of when they will start accepting reservations for October.

I agree with the previous poster. You can at least call and get some information and ask when they would be able to accept a reservation.

Hey we have the same date! I've already booked mine because of previous experiences with my vendors booking up. I suggest you start asking around now.

I don’t think it would hurt to do as soon as possible. This way you have a better chance of flexibility with the place (maybe if there’s a certain room inside that you wanted, etc, etc.). If they don’t accept reservations until a bit later, then you at least know that start date now and can mark on your calendar when you can call them back to lock in the reservation.
