Removing a category of vendors from my option list

How do I remove lust of vendors? For example…catering. I don’t need a caterer because my venue includes one. I have a church so I don’t need an officiant. My dad has planned weddings for 20 years with various hotels so I def don’t need one of them either.

I'm not sure you can. I know you can't have the same vendor for multiple categories, which drives me crazy. I mostly use WW for the Forums and Guest List feature. All of my vendor things are kept in a binder with a section for each.
