Removing edge on veil

Removing edge on veil 1
So I have gotten this veil. But is it possible if I remove the edges or will I end up ruining the veil?

If you are going to do it yourself, get a rotary cutter. that will make the edges much smoother

Why don’t you just get a veil without the edges? Would probably be easier than removing the edges….

I also wonder why you didn't get a veil with a raw edge if that's what you want.

Can you return this one or resell it?

If you decide you want to take the edge off, I would speak to a seamstress - they're much less likely to ruin it (unless you 100% know what you're doing)

I think I agree with Yasmine and AJ - I'd try to sell this one and get a raw edge veil if that's the look you really want. To be honest that veil is quite small too, and if you remove the edge, it isn't going to sit the way it does now. The edging is what is giving it its' shape, and it might look a bit limp if you remove it.

Tulle doesn't fray so trimming it will not hurt it
