Rental or Buy groom/groomsmen suit?!!!!

Will they know it's going to PR? Can you not just rent for 2 weeks or whatever, and not tell them where it's going? Hopefully I don't sound naïve, I haven't rented a suit before, but surely whilst it's in your possession you can take it wherever you want?

Is it possible to rent a suit for an extended period? I would just pick it up in the US, fly with in to PR, and then return in the US after.

Average cost for a suit rental at Men's Warehouse is about $180 and you can buy a decent, custom tailored suit from Indochino for around $300-$360. My husband and our groomsmen opted to purchase suits instead of renting; as long as they wear them more than twice they'll end up saving money in the long run and since they got navy its a pretty versatile color that is suited for both day and evening and work and personal events.

Yes, it will be navy and I think he is opting to purchase it.

Good thought, IDK. I think when you rent them they said you would have to pick it up the day before the event and return it the day after
