Renting: Beachfront Villas/houses near Playa Del Carmen (mx)

Hello!
Does anyone have any recommendations of private beachfront villas / houses that allow small events? Preferred area: close to Playa Del Carmen.

We are looking for one to serve as our venue for our small wedding.
For personal and (obvs financial) reasons we do not want our venue to be through a big hotel chain, or resort.
Any advice greatly appreciated 💙
