I send my guests a request for address email through Wedding Wire. I sent to the whole group about two hours ago and no one has received anything yet. How long does this typically take or should I resend?

I didn't use this function myself, but did they check their spam box? I know if I'm included in large group sends, or even some legitimate businesses sending me confirmation of order emails they go to my spam box and I don't check those ever.

Can you try to send it to yourself and see how long it takes?

Can you check with someone - call them and see if they’ve received it? Hotmail doesn’t always like messages sent to large groups I know, so it may have gone to spam for some people.

I just texted people invidivually. A lot more time consuming, but it got the job done & less room for mistakes.

Thanks everyone. Lesson leaned: don't use this feature on Wedding Wire. About 2 out of 60 recipients actually received the email. Will have to rethink this.
