Rescheduling in nj

Has anyone had any issues with their venue about rescheduling during the current restrictions? We have rescheduled a few times from April 2020 to August 2020 and now April 2021. Even tho we are allowed to have the wedding, about 60% of our guest list is not comfortable coming...so....I think I need to reschedule again. I am just afraid I will hit a road block considering that weddings are technically allowed to happen right now. Any insight? I do have a call out to the venue.

We spoke with our venue this past December about our (then) October 2021 wedding. We moved it to March 2022 and had to argue with the venue because they weren't moving weddings until it was necessary and no more than 2 months from the event date, which I thought was absolutely crazy. The "penalty" we had was we had to keep our current contract with the peak season prices even though we switched to off peak season month. Very irritating.
