Reset Rsvps

Date has been postponed so im trying to figure out if there is a way to reset guest rsvps instead of deleting and recreating all guest that have already rsvp'd to the old date.

    On what platform are you referring to? If its on Wedding Wire you can just edit the response for each guest.

    I know i can edit. But as the guest rsvps to the new date on the website will it allow them the edit their own if they already rsvpd to the old date.

    Maybe try going into your website from a different browser and pretend you’re a guest and see if you can update it that way

    Hi Tabitha! You can reset your guests to the default 'pending' attendance within your Guest List with the following steps:

    - Login to your WeddingWire account at www.weddingwire.com

    - Hover your cursor over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List' from the drop down options

    - Click into the wedding event you would like to edit, ie 'Reception'

    - Click the 'Attendance' tab at the top of the screen

    - Select your guests by clicking the box next to 'Select All'

    - Click 'Attendance' from the pop up options

    - Select 'Pending' and click the blue 'Update' button
