Response Due Date/Decision Due Date???

I've filled out a trillion venue inquiries so far and this is the first time I've run into this... it asks for a mandatory "response due date"/"decision due date." Are they asking for when they need to make a decision by about my dates? I'm very confused and don't want to send the inquiry until I know what it means.............. has anyone seen this? thank you!
