Return Address stamp or label?

Marcie and Mike, on February 21, 2010 at 1:30 AM Posted in Planning 0 15

Are any of you using a stamp for your return address or are you using labels? If you are using either one where did you get them? I am thinking I soule like to you a stamp for the return address with maybe a leaf on it but have no clue where to order one. Any ideas would be great.

If you're looking for a custom stamp, check out Etsy. There are plenty of people who can help. Just search "custom rubber stamp" and see what happens!

I too wanted to personalize our invitations w/ a stamp of double wedding rings in the opposite corner on the envelope from the postage stamp. Got the ink, got the stamp. On my tests envelope the ink smudged and it didn't dry, after a day it was still smudgy. I didn't take the chance of messing up the invite. it Looked great but, I wasn't patient enough to let it dry.( I could just envision my cats walking across them if I had set them out on the dinning room table to dry..just to annoy me ) I got my stamp at Michael's crafts store. Probably can get one at any crafting store. Good Luck..

Any office supply store should be able to make you a stamp. I am simply printing mine with my printer. I'm sure you could find some type of leaf graphic to use on your computer.

Darn... I've been through 3 books (almost) of stamps when I sent out my invites/rsvps. I think the idea of labels is nice, it adds somewhat of a personal touch Smiley smile

We did return address labels, i got them from 123print but I know zazzle has cute ones too. they were really cheap too (i believe like 4.99 for 100). they also have many designs to pick from or you could just do plain & they also offer it in clear.

We created a return address label on Zazzle to match the custom stamp also on Zazzle. They both have the same graphic that's on the invitation. Haven't decided if I'm going to do a wax seal or circle monogram label for the back yet.

Check out Vistaprint.com. I got labels there that had 2 rings on there and not only were they gorgeous, but they were 4.99 for 280 and Vistaprint has free shipping offers about once a week.

I got a stamp with a leaf ton vistaprint. Etsy has really nice stamps, though. I'd do the return address through the printer, though, because it looks really nice.

I used my monogram in the return address place and put my return address on the back of the envelope (check my inspiration board). I just used my printer and it looked great.

I also have a rubber stamp of my monogram, too - but I'll use it for some other things. I got it at www.rubberstamp.net

Im using labels with little pumpkins and fall leaves that I got from 123print. I got a whole bunch so I can use them for anything I send out for the wedding.
