Ribbon Color for Bridesmaid's Bouquets

Either is fine. There’s no rules and you won’t even notice.

Whichever you prefer! My ribbon will be white and my bridesmaids will have purple ribbon and the grooms boutonniere will have white ribbon while the groomsmen will have green floral tape. That was recommended by my florist so I never questioned it.

My florist did all white ribbon for my bouquet and all the girls. The boutonnières ribbon was white for my groom and I think either black to match the tuxes or just tight green floral tape. Here is a picture ❤️

This seems like a detail that would best be left up to the florist and one less thing you have to figure out or worry about.

I understand it's your wedding and you want all of the details worked out, as I do, but sometimes getting hung up on the little things seem to matter a lot but in the end you look back and say why did I even care.

The way I look at it, you are paying the professionals to do what they do best and I try really hard to let that happen. Of course give them your ideas of what you want the bouquets to look like, but after that leave it up to them to work their magic!

I don't think it matters much. I would consider if you plan on using any of the bouquets in vases as part of your centerpieces or table arrangements, and perhaps pick a color that works best with that.
