Ring Bearer Entrance Song

Jennifer, on August 28, 2009 at 4:06 PM Posted in Planning 0 9

We're having 2 ring bearers - they are both 5 years old. Is the song "Bare Necessities" too.....'kiddish' for 5 year olds? My FH has his heart set on this song. I was opting for a Spiderman theme, but he wants this one. What do you think?

It's cute....but I'm not sure as to why they need their own song...I would assume that it will only be played for a VERY short time...I think traditionally the entire bridal party enteers to the same song.

We're not having a wedding party other than the 2 young boys. And yes, it will only be a snippet of the song.

From a experience perspective, I can say that individual songs for each member of the wedding party usually goes unnoticed. It would only be 3 or 4 seconds before the next person is introduced. What usually works smooth is a song for the parents, a song for the bridal party and then silence, and the intro and song for the bride and groom. It also gives your DJ less opportunity to screw things up, lol.

But as I say in all my threads, it is your day and you should work with a quality vendor that can create anything that you want!

    Good luck and Congrats!
