Ring bearer

CourtneyBrittain, on June 9, 2019 at 12:57 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 13
FH and I have asked his 12 year old nephew to be our ring bearer and he said yes! Now that that’s covered, what are some ideas for him to carry the rings or hold them during the ceremony? We don’t want to spend more than $10 - $20 on whatever he uses.

This one is super popular on Amazon:
    https://www.amazon.com/Lillian-Rose-x2-75-White-Bearer/dp/B00G7VPUGU/ref=mp_s_a_1_13?keywords=ring+security+case+ring+bearer&qid=1560099834&s=gateway&sr=8-13

There's also other ones on Amazon. I've seen some people call their ring is bearer as ring security and they get them cute little briefcase for it if you want to be a little more funky

My son will be our ring bearer, he’ll be 6 on the day. I knew I didn’t want a pillow and found some cute boxes on Etsy but they were so $$$. I have a small treasure box that I think I got from Micheals years ago that I’m going to make an insert for to hold the rings. It really depends on what you like. Good luck! Congrats!

I’ve seen that but that doesn’t really go with our rustic country theme

I know, it’s crazy how expensive these things start! We don’t love the idea of pillows either

Can you just have him carry the rings in one of the ring boxes from the jeweler? I’ve seen that done when the ring bearer actually carries the rings.

We don’t have a ring box that would hold both of them 😕

This is almost exactly like the box I have (except I stained mine with some leftover wood stain). There are several other styles too, all under $7. For the insert I’ll find a piece of foam (I’m thinking a couple cheap sponges would work) and a scrap of fabric I like since I don’t need much. Maybe I can turn around and sell it for $40 on Etsy 😉😆.

Our RBs are 4 and 9 and I'll be giving them the rings right before they walk down the aisle. Since our wedding is so close to Christmas I found 2 small gift boxes on holiday clearance and wrapping them to look like presents. Total cost: less than $2.
