Ring resizing still going on

Hello all,


I’m new to this forum so bear with me. 3 months ago, Fiancé and I took my ring to the jeweler to get resized and it is still in the process of getting resized is what the jeweler is telling us. Fiancé and I are unsure of what to do as we have engagement pictures coming up soon and we still need to resize both his wedding band and my other wedding band. I’m not sure if we should use this jeweler again for those two but we get free resizing since he got a package deal. Is there any way to go about this situation. Should we keep contacting the jeweler until we get an actual update? I thought ring resizes took at least 2 weeks to maybe 1 month. So far he got an update saying it was ready but when he went in they said they sent that message by mistake and that was about a month ago and nothing. He called but he didn’t get an estimate on when it will be done. Looking for advice as a new soon to be bride trying to navigate this situation and other wedding planning situations as well. Thank you!
