Ringsss 💍

Hello brides! I’m new to this, so I wanted to know how many of you sleep in your rings. I’ve been taking mine off at night and when I clean. I wish I could wear it all night but it gets stuck on the covers.

My engagement ring is always on. I rarely depart from it. Only on gym visits and very rarely otherwise. That said, It does not get caught or stuck anywhere because of its flat design.....

I would usually wear it while out of the house and at work then take mine off right when I get home from work. I don't wear it when I'm home, sleeping, cleaning, showering, and cooking. Now that covid happened I dont wear it anymore ever. If I wear a ring I wear my promise ring. I would like to wear my engagement ring more and when we marry wear it with it but I think I'll lose them or mess them up.

I wear my ring unless I'm showering or cleaning. I wear it to bed. We get married in 2 weeks from today!! And my band is an enhancement peice that I can't wear without the engagement ring in it. I plan to solder them together before the holidays. I also have a silicone band for when we go to the beach or when I do hands on patient care (#nurselife)

I was also like that, taking it off to sleep, clean, etc. but it was a little big so I could do that. Now, I just went and got it resized and it does NOT come off unless my hand has lotion on it for or something (I have big knuckles)😅 so I wear mine all the time now!🤷🏻‍♀️

Nope. My fingers swell if I wear it too much. I don’t wear it to work (nurse) and I don’t wear it to bed. Everything else... definitely will wear it 😍

I take my engagement ring off at night, when I shower, clean, cooking that involves using my hands (like making cookies or meatballs) and sometimes when I'm moisturizing. I've heard people say to take it off when using lotions or cleaning supplies but sometimes I forget. But my mom and fiance's mom both do everything with their wedding rings on even sleep with them on. I'm just afraid of getting it caught on the sheets and loosening the prongs.

The first few months on our engagement, I wore my ring 24/7. Then, I read how bad it is for it. I bought ring dishes for our room, bathroom, and kitchen so that I have a safe place for it. I do take it off to sleep, shower, clean, etc. but I work a desk job, so I wear my ring everyday to work. My fiancé gets “upset” when I forget it... he normally sends me a picture of it sitting in the dish lol. I think it means a lot to both of us for me to wear it everyday.

I bought a cute ring dish and put it on my nightstand and take my ring off every night. I just got another one for the kitchen so it has a safe place there too. Being cautious because I’ve treated other rings awful in the past and this one is my most prized possession EVERRR! tenor.gif

I take mine off and put it back in its ring box at night. I’m too afraid of losing a diamond or ruining it.

These what I have been told for years. You never take your ring off. The only time you take it off is when your cleaning or doing dishes or when your taken a bath or shower. This is my ring. It took me 4 to 5 months to get us to moving and doing daily things in it Ringsss 💍 1

I take mine off to sleep and shower. I'm paranoid that my hands will get slippery with shampoo and it'll slide off my finger and down the drain 😂 Sometimes I forget to put it on first thing in the morning, too. If I'm leaving the house, I'm wearing it

I wear my ring all the time except when I’m cleaning, doing yard work or in the shower. But if my hands are swollen I will take it off at night.

I have ring dishes all over our house: in the bathroom, in the kitchen, in our bedroom. So when I’m cleaning, showering, working out, or sleeping I take my rings off. My wedding band has lots of diamonds on it as well so it’s not the smoothest either and I still worry about messing it up! We were engaged for a year and a half and now we’ve been married a few months and it doesn’t bother me to take them off when I’m doing these things. I’m pretty good at this point about remembering to put them back on! The only time I sleep in my rings is if I’m not at home. So if we stay in hotels or camp or anything like that I don’t take it off just so I can’t forget to put it back on. My husband takes his ring off when working out and cooking something where his hands are really involved like making hamburger patties or those kinds of things. We are going to buy silicone bands soon because we’re very adventurous and outdoorsy and we take our rings off when we go on long hikes, kayaking, swimming, etc.

I get nervous when I take off my ring for too long and will think right away that I’ve lost it. Lol at night I sleep with my ring facing my palm to make sure the rocks don’t hit the wall or my fiancé in my sleep.

Hi! I do not sleep with mine since I toss quite a bit. I am so worried about losing any of the diamonds or weakening the prongs on the ring. Just my opinion.

I work with my hands all the time, so I actually wear a silicone band. Groove Life has them in so many pretty colors and thicknesses, they’re great! I can eat, sleep, shower, work, swim, and get messy with the silicone band. They have a lifetime guarantee too. When mine started to tear they sent me a brand new one and only charged shipping. I wear my actual ring on my days off and when I’m out. If I’m off and not leaving the house, I normally leave the silicone band on.
