River rocks guest book

Jessica , on January 19, 2016 at 11:54 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 3

Has anyone use river rocks to write on as a guest book instead of a book or tree with finger prints? I want something that is different and not the same old thing.

I've seen this and think it's cute but impractical. I don't want to lug all those rocks to the wedding, home from the wedding, and then keep them around for the next 80 years. No, thank you.

But if you like it and are okay with the bulkiness of it, go for it! You don't have to keep all the rocks. Lots of people will write some variation of "best wishes!" So you could throw out the ones you aren't necessarily feeling attached to.

A friend of mine made a photo book on shutter fly that people signed. The bride and groom have been together for a long time so it went in order from old pictures and new pictures. There was room for people to sign next to the pictures. I thought it was cute because you may actually look at it down the road since there are pictures

@kait M. Cute idea, and we have been together for 12 years and two kids.
