Robbing the Cradle

FH is 3.5 years older and the only comments we get are jokes from our friends. In fact I call him a cradle robber and he calls me a gold digger. It's all in good fun.

I guess I don't act or look my age. Many of the people I work with were shocked when they found out I was only 23. Most assumed I was at least 26 or 27. We've even had strangers assume I was the older person in the relationship. *shrug* Age is just a number.

FH is a year and a half younger than me.. It was awkward at first only because his older brother's birthday is 2 days before mine.

We have never gotten any comments from friends or family about our ages. We're usually the ones making the jokes!

He doesn't look younger than me. He sure does know his was around an old lady joke though... lol

I'm younger by 5 1/2 years so he is 34 & I'm 28 but by the wedding I'll be 29. He actually looks really young so most people think he is 30. We don't get any comments but I do love to tease him especially when we hear older songs that I remember from junior high & he was already out of HS. If I find a white hair or get tired before 10pm he calls me an old lady so I love throwing back that he'll always be older.

I am 22 and FH is 21. Some people have made comments about it, but we don't care.

I'm 29, he's 31. He looks a bit younger though (my brother thought he was 19 when he met him 2 years ago...) but I don't mind too much. Once more of his grey hairs start showing through we'll even out :-)

He's 3 years older - No one has ever said anything

I'm 43 he is 33...most people think we are both his age..plus for me if people have anything negative to say I never get it said to my face

Im 25 and he will be 24 when we get married

FH is 8.5 years older... when we get married he'll be 42 and I'll be 34. I've been told I look a lot younger than my age, and he has went completely gray, so we get a lot of comments from people who don't know us. Very frequently people ask if I'm his daughter. :p

I'm 40 and FH is 47. No one has said anything about the difference in our ages - although, when I posted my engagement status on Facebook, one of my cousins commented, "It's about time..."

We'll both be 24, but I'm older by 4 days.

At the wedding I will be 21 and he will be 23, we havent recived very many "you're too young" comments thank goodness (i can imagine how annoying that would be) My parents are almost 11 years apart! my grandma and grandpa were ten years apart, and my sister and her husband are 10 years apart! Also my parents and FH's parents have each been together for over 20 years

He's 11 years older than me. I also look a good 7 years younger than I actually am. But no one has ever said anything. My prents can't; they are 8 1/2 years apart in age!

So me and FH have a 19 year age gap- I'm 30, he's going to be 49 next month. We don't get comments any more since we have been together for about 10 years now. We have a 5 year old daughter also. Honestly we don't feel the age gap, we are so on the same page with everything. Because of him, I truly believe in soul mates - how else could a couple work so well with a 19 year age difference right? Its crazy to me still..
