Robes for bridesmaids gift

I got 7 robes off etsy for about $130 , its not unreasonable

When i asked my girls to be in our wedding i made a ask package and put those robes inside they are on amazon i even shipped one via amazon to one girl in texas and watched her open it via skype

Ugh I would be so uncomfortable if someone made me wear a skimpy little satin robe and pose for pictures.

Check out robemart.com i think they have floral silk robes. I got waffle knit ones from there and they are a great quality and reasonably priced. I do not recommend AliExpress, I got one as a trial from there and they are cheap.

ETA: I agree with the size charts not being accurate on AliExpress. I ordered a 4xl and it won't even close on me and it was twice as long as advertised. Oh well, I only lost $6.

@Lauren: If you actually look at the size charts, the bigger sizes only increase the length, not the measurements of the robes.

Anything that isn't used for the wedding would be a gift. We usually say shop like it's their birthday. You can be extravagant or simple, but it has to be something not used for the wedding. Personally, I went all out for my girls because it was important to me, so I budgeted appropriately. But you can put together an awesome gift without spending a lot of money.

While I totally get the gift thing, every wedding I've been in, our jewelry for the wedding has been the "gift". Sure, it's pretty, but I'm never going to wear it again. I would've loved a bottle of wine at least. Hell, the kind I like is super cheap. Lol

Also, since based on previous threads, you all are aware you don't have to be in a bra and panties under the robe right? You can wear clothes

I was given a robe for the last wedding I was in & I didn't mind it all. But she did add a thank you card & face primer for our makeup.
