Romantic dresses - brand suggestions!

Not uncommon but you can try Allure. I believe they have an Allure Romance line and Allure Couture is more uncommon as well

Madi Lane is one from Australia.

A lot of brides out of the state have came to New York and went to Kleinfelds I have seen many go there and haley paige has dresses there or narrowed the one brand so you dont get tunnel vision of dresses

BHLDN has really lovely romantic gowns that aren't stupid expensive, they stock Watters, Willowby, as well as a bunch of others. Try browsing their website, they might be able to ship to you.

Essense of Australia, Stella York, Rue De Seine, & Grace Loves Lace are all romantic, often bohemian brands too.

I don’t know if his line is sold all over the US, but check out ColbyJohn’s Atelier collection. He’s part owner of the bridal shop I just got my dress at and he has dresses very similar and I felt very affordable, their even doing a customization on my dress (basically a mix of two dresses and raising the back for me). I don’t know what your budget is but my dress is $3900 with the customization but I think his dresses could be less if you didn’t do all that.

I always recommend BHLDN! Watters sells romantic dresses as well and BHLDN carries a few by them! Like Rosie said, the Willowby by Watters Hearst gown is really popular and similar to what you've shown and described! Here's the link to all of BHLDN's dresses that they consider 'romatic'.

I will say this though, if you choose to look at BHLDN for your dress, make sure that they have the dress IN STORE to try on. It was the first store I went to and they had maybe 50 dresses to actually try on, and half of my 'must try' list wasn't even available. So just something to keep in mind!
