Round Circle Arch Help

Chantelle, on January 13, 2021 at 4:18 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 6
Hi anyone have experience with decorating their own metal circle/round arch with faux florals? What will I need to keep the florals/greenery on the arch? So of course I will need the florals/greenery themselves lol and then what? Do I just wrap them around and kinda tie them on? Do I need anything to pin anything down? Etc etc. Are metal round arches easy to set up and break down? I think I would like to move the arch to the reception space (within the same building just upstairs) after ceremony.

Any advice or suggestions appreciated! Thank you in advance.

You will definitely need floral wire or tip ties to keep the florals in place

We used thin zip ties to keep the faux florals in place, didn’t show in any of the pictures. And also they’re very easy to assemble. With 2 people, it’ll be done within minutes. I included 2 pictures, hope this helps 🙂Round Circle Arch Help 3

Coming from a wedding planner who has assembled so many of these day-of, floral wire and packing tape work wonders. If tape is REALLY sticking out anywhere (which it shouldn't since it's clear), throw a few leaves over it to cover!

I actually used a pool noodle from Dollar Tree — cut it the long way and secured it to the arch with zip ties. I was able to stick the faux flowers into the pool noodle and glue it from there. This is a picture of one side that’s done and the other side with the pool noodle only. (Don’t mind the tv - 90 day fiance is my guilty pleasure!!). Lol! Round Circle Arch Help 5

Omg thank you for the noodle tip! I think the noodle will help with making the design look a little thicker/more full of florals. Thanks so much!
