First: having a destination wedding, so I can't see everything in person. Second: my on-locatinon wedding coordinator is really just a hotel employee w/ a checklist to help me... for wedding vision/design, she's no help. But she sought out a wedding designer for some ideas and this is what they came up with:
I'm having long tables for my wedding. In order to fit people on both sides and flowers down the middle, we're doing a table-and-a-half, which is a standard 8' rectangular table with a "classroom" table next to it, for a total width of 45". I'm having trouble figuring out the linen situation, since 90x156 won't quite hit the floor with that width, PLUS the hotel doesn't provide upscale linens (just standard white poly) for tables that size, so it's also a budget thing. The wedding "designer" suggested using the hotel's round (120") satin linens over the standard white polyester banquet-size linens. I'm skeptical of the look... has anyone seen anything like this?
