rsvp - cards vs email, etc.

This might be an odd question, but what RSVP options did you list for your guests on your wedding invites? Did you do: - Traditional RSVP cards w pre addressed envelopes - listed one or both of your email addresses/ phone numbers - something else

Postcards addressed to us, with a line on the bottom that said “RSVP online at....” with a link to our website. I embedded a link to the RSVP page in our welcome page

We sent out pre addressed stamped envelopes to out guest. On the RSVP card we gave guest the option to RSVP online through your Zola website. Surprisingly many guest have mailed back AND RSVP on the website. I like the wedding website better because it helps me to keep better track of the RSVP’s.

We did traditional RSVPs. They had pre addressed/stamped envelopes with them so all people need to do is check a box and mail it back. We don’t have a wedding website so we didn’t offer another option to RSVP

We did traditional cards with addressed & stamped envelopes, and the RSVP also said "you can RSVP on our website at www.xxxxxxx.com". We were waiting on 61 out of 225 people after our RSVP date passed, so we had to contact all them. Most people used the traditional cards but a few used the website.

Our invite read "please RSVP online by June 18" and had our wedding website url underneath. We used theknot and didn't have any issues. I still had to track down a bunch of FH family that didn't feel like responding, but thay would've happened with traditional RSVP too.
I like that we didn't have to wait for mail or worry about mail getting lost. Theknot also gives guests an option to write a note when they RSVP, it was fun reading notes from all our guests!
