Our wedding is November 2nd, 2019 and I'm trying to determine when I need to have my RSVP deadline by. I don't know what the typical protocol is!

My wedding is September 7th and we choose August 7th for the RSVP deadline. We need to know final guests count for catering, cupcakes, favors, and booze. This 4 week deadline gives guests an additional week and then gives us a week to track down no responses.

My husband and I just got married june 22, 2019, we requested our RSVP 6 weeks prior to the final count being needed. I'm so glad we did because of all the late responders and needing time to re-adjust counts before it was due. Highly recommend you give yourself enough time to go through everything without being rushed.

Hey date twin! I am asking for September 7th.
80% out of state and country, so they will know 8 weeks before the wedding if they are coming. My vendors need to know 30 days prior...i padded it a little lol

I sent my invitations out 3 months in advance which was May 17th and our RSVP date is July 17th which is exactly 1 month out from wedding day.

It would all depend on when your final head counts are due to your vendors. I am getting married October 27, and I have reqested rsvp's by October 4. That way there is time to get the final head count to the vendors, call anyone who has not rsvp'd to confirm, and have everything in order before the wedding day.
