rsvp Error

Is anybody else having issues with their RSVP showing "Error" on their wedding website when they try looking up a guests name or when guests are trying to RSVP? My aunt said the RSVP isn't working and when I tried to look up a friend's name who hasn't RSVP'ed, it showed a red box with "Error" in it? Any solution on the IT aspect??
