If they have the same / similar names as other guests the entire list will pull up. They would have to enter their name exactly the way you did.


Dave Smith vs David SmithSmith will bring up all with name while Dave Smith will only display those with that name

Are you doing this from the mobile app or desktop. Some things get screwy when on the mobile app with the website.

View Quoted Comment I tried to build my website from the phone app and a lot ended up being wrong. If you go on the browser on desktop delete the RSVP from the website and re add it. It might work I had to do that with our registry before it worked right. Hopefully once it’s added again it will work on all modes. Mine works fine now

I had an issue where I didn't mark that the plus ones as invited to the wedding. So when I selected wedding several people would not pull up. If I was in the full guest list they would show. Hope this helps!
