Apparently there use to be a feature that would let you edit the way guest search their name for RSVP, is this still available? I need help, my RSVP list brings everyone with the same last name, AND it does not bring up guest that are linked together .... this is causing unnecessary anxiety has anyone had the same problem?

Hi Maricela! Our RSVP tool will automatically search by first OR last name, meaning any guests with the same first or last name will be returned in the search results. There is no way to change that search logic! Additionally, as long as your guests are linked together, when the main guest selects their name to RSVP, the person that they are linked with will also appear so that they can RSVP for them!

A looks like there’s a problem with this system I have 4 guest that i link together and when i search by name only two come up .... the other two guest only come up when i search by them individually what can i do?

I think they have to click on their name before the linked guests come up. Did you try that?
