rsvp help

When people RSVP we have to know the ages because the menu gives us half off on kids of certain age and others who are under 21 do not need to pay for alcohol package. Now in order to do that we need to keep track.
I was thinking you when RSVP you can type your name and you come up you can select your age. However the only way we can do that and make that selection come up is if we use the menu tab. Does anyone know how to change the name of that tab so it can say provide age

Maybe it would be easier to ask guests that young kids or adolescents for their ages directly? You know, maybe just send a quick text or FB message and simply ask their ages. I think that would be good and then perhaps make some kind of document with Excel so that you can input this information and keep track of it, rather than using the RSVP tool to do so. I would think by the time you're sending invites out, you would have already been aware of the ages of the youth that you are inviting. Maybe this route would work better.

I agree with Andrea, I definitely think asking your guests directly the ages of children would be the best way to go about this. Especially because if you have this option through your RSVP, it will probably throw some of your guests off (not a common thing) and might even offend some older folks who aren't comfortable sharing their age.

Hi Nikolina! You can request additional information from guests by adding this request to the text portion of your RSVP page. Guests will be able to input additional information in the comment field that appears during the last step of the RSVP process. This additional information will then be available within your Guest List tool and will be sent to you via email.
