I spent the time inputting the list so that users can look up their name, but it says in the search "0 guest matching...whatever name I try". I have hard RSVP's sent out but I know some would rather RSVP online. I don't want it on the website if it's not going to work. Please advise...

Some of my guests had this problem as well. It could be they put a space in after they typed their name. I am also having issues with guests not being able to go back and change their RSVP or menu choice UGH extremely frustrating.

Going through the same issue right now. Some of my guests are able to RSVP while a majority of them cannot. This is very stressful and needs to be fixed. I was using this as my direct way to RSVP and people are messaging me saying they cannot find their name. I did make sure everything was spelled correctly as well.

Most people on the forums recommend using WW for forums only and withjoy.com or rsvpify.com for sharing info with guests
