rsvp not working

I'm having trouble with the RSVP function. First of all, there isnt really a search box anywhere so you just have to type the name in blindly and the it says no guests found. Tried with several names.

But do you have the names in your "guest list" planning page? I've had no trouble finding my guests. It does have to be an exact match. I sent an invitation to my friend "Debbi" and that's how I entered her as my guest, but mailed it to her formal name "Debra" - it didn't find Debra, but found Debbi

And they are checked for wedding? IDK... Just trying to think what it could be and the trouble shooting I did. Is it public or by password?

Make sure you don’t press the space button after you type in the names, I had the same thing happen to me with multiple guest and it took me like 10 tries to realize that if you accidentally type a space after either names, it’ll say guest not found. So instead of (Emma ) make sure it’s (Emma) I hope that makes sense.
