I see that this has been an ongoing issue with their RSVP website and I wish I had done more research before using their service!
We printed out invitations already and have a QR code leading to our website where guests should be RSVPing BUT it’s not working in mobile. I type in the guests names (types correctly) and I get a 0 guests found message. It works on the web browsers but not mobile.
Any suggestions?
