I asked the SAME question...here's the answer I got:

To edit or remove your Meal Options, you may follow these steps:
Exit the Website Manager.
Hover your cursor over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List' from the drop down options
Click into the wedding event you would like to edit meal options for, ie Reception
Click the blue 'Settings' text on the right side of the screen
Click 'Edit' under your current menu options
Make desired updates and click the blue 'Ok' text to save
