First, you would not mention anything on a RSVP regarding dress code. The rsvp really should be about how many are reserving & anything that needs communicated about food. You could simply say, “please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions” or if they are to select an entree then you usually check what you want ie chicken, beef, vegetarian. As far as song requests, I would be a little careful because what if someone requests a song or genre that you don’t like? Are you going to play the song? Instead, I would work with my dj about songs I def. want played & those I don’t want played. One other tip, some people don’t respond properly with full names, so we have a system where every address is assigned a number & noted on the rsvp, so if someone does not write in their name, we can see who it is & call them. I have a pic of daughter’s rsvp, which will be detached from the wedding invite & mailed. The reverse side is bride & groom’s name & their address & will already be stamped. We decided NOT to do any online rsvp & keep it simple. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your response. I will not be having a DJ so I want to gather songs that my guests will love, I don't mind if it's not a song genre I particularly like as long as it is appropriate for all ages in attendance. If you have any advice on how to use the online registry please let me know! Your RSVPs are very lovely but I am trying to keep in online so I can keep track of things more easily and don't have to rely on my guests shipping things back to me as I know many of the guests I have invited have a tendency to be bad at getting things in the mail.

Hi Sarah! In the text box on your RSVP page you can type in whatever extra questions you'd like guests to answer (they also have a freeform text box when responding), but WeddingWire does not have the functionality to add additional required RSVP questions!

Hi Alexandra! You could add specific dietary types under the menu list (like "gluten-free, dairy-free", "nut allergy", etc.), or you could write instructions directly on the RSVP page for guests to make you aware of their dietary restrictions!
