rsvp Problems

Is anyone else having trouble with their guests rsvping? There are times when the names on the guest list don’t show up at all and we need it fixed. Anyone know how to do that??

    We had a couple guests who couldn't find their names. Ask them to only put in their first name (not first and last) and that seemed to solve the issue for our guests.

    If you have guests type in just their first name sometimes it works. IDK why. Same goes for last name as well.

    Hi Kelly! Are the guests not showing up when they search by first or last name? Have you checked those names against the spelling on your guest list??
