rsvp problems

When our guests search their name to RSVP, two copies of their name show up. Not on our guest list, or even on the search list when they initially search for their name, but when they actually are on the page to select I accept, pending, or decline. And this is a problem because unless you select I accept for both of the same name, they remain pending. So if Jane Doe selects I accept for the first copy of her name, but leaves the second copy as pending, it doesn't show her as attending. Help!

    I had guest that just accepted to reception cause that is where you need the head count. They are going to the ceremony but they do not need to RSVP for ceremony cause you don’t need a head count for that.

    Thanks for the response! But we don’t have multiple events or have ceremony and reception separated. We deleted all categories/lists including rehearsal dinner and shower before even inputting guests. There’s only “wedding.” And we triple checked that we didn’t accidentally put the same person twice.

    Neither do we. Our venue is all at the same place. Both reception and ceremony are part of the wedding. Our guest RSVP for reception but they are going to the ceremony also.
