Just a little bit curious how everyone’s response times went??? our deadline is this coming Monday (July 15) and we are still missing 30.. which is literally half. They’ve had since May to respond. curious if this is normal or we just have incredibly slow friends and family 😂

This is why we are doing online ONLY RSVPs. People are lazy / unorganized when it comes to physically mailing stuff 😆 We just recently sent our invites & within first 3 days we already got 24 out of 80 RSVPs! If they had to mail them, I know we would get maybe 5 & the rest of the guests would be texting us to tell us they are coming lol.

We had ~160 invited, and we were still waiting on 100 to respond on our RSVP due date, and we did everything online. I had to reach out to a LOT of people.

I read somewhere that if you're doing mailed RSVPs, things can definitely get lost too. So after your deadline, definitely check in with folks. We did online and probably 80% did respond on time. I'm chasing down the last few now.

I agree with some other posts. I have found a lot of people just assume you know they are coming, especially if you are close. I'm no where near my deadline but I've been talking with family and they already assume I know they are coming.
