rsvp Tool for Website Not Working

I plan to use my wedding wire website to have people rsvp online. I have my whole guest list uploaded to wedding wire. I wanted to test it on my website to see if it worked so I typed in my mother to rsvp but it says 0 results. Every person on my guest list I type in their name and it says the same. I want to make sure this works before I do rsvps online. Anyone else have this problem? I messaged wedding wire and no response.
