rsvp Trouble

Are you searching from the guest view or from your admin side? The only thing I can think of is that maybe they're not on your wedding guest list but are on another list? You can check by looking at the guests on the app or the guest list section and make sure they're listed as invited to the wedding. I'll add a screenshot in a few.

Is this happening for everyone? On Zola, this happened for a few people on our end but it was because they were typing in their nickname or an "Edward" was typing in "Eddie" & it has to be exactly as you entered it.

View Quoted Comment No, it’s weird. It’s only happening to select people. Only certain people can’t find their names and then when I go in like I’m a guest their names will pop up for me. A few people can only find their spouses and RSVP through their spouses since they are linked

If a space gets put in after the first or last name they won’t show in the search. It’s been pretty frustrating.
